Cayson Fields is the first new neighborhood at the south end of Mercer Island since the Lakes was developed in the 1990s.
Located just to the West of the Lakes, Cayson fields is a boutique community of just six modern farmhouses, all sited and designed to develop a sense of community and connection, while fostering the unique neighborliness that we find in the Lakes. We envision kids will wander over from the Lakes into Cayson Fields as they celebrate the beloved Halloween tradition of trick-or-treating, and that homeowners in our community participate in other island traditions such as holiday lights in December and flag planting in July. Found trailside will be hitching posts with water bowls for out thirsty neighborhood dogs, and communal trails and meeting areas, providing ample time to connect, each a nod to the unique sense of community so often lost in new development.
